Description of   Cis cervus  adapted from Blair (1940):

  • Pair of flattened horns each side of the front of the head.
  • Pronotum transverse with each side of disc separately convex (I notice that each are separated by  a median line and each bear a whorl of setae).
  • Base of pronotum bisinuate.
  • Large ring-like tubercule on first ventral segment.
